If you’re a Monegasque citizen and want to apply for an American visa from Malta, then you need to follow a few important steps. Moreover, you need to be in good health and have a clean criminal record.
To get an American visa from Malta & AMERICAN VISA FOR Monegasque CITIZENS, you must first obtain a valid passport with blank visa pages. This will allow you to enter the United States for up to 90 days.
1. Passport
If you are a Monegasque citizen, you can travel to the United States without a visa as long as you have a valid passport. However, you may need a US visa if you are planning on staying longer than 90 days or travelling for business purposes.
The requirements for an American visa from Malta are simple and can be done online. To apply, you need to enter your personal details, email address and employment information. Once your application is complete, you will receive a US Visa via email.
You will also need a valid credit card or PayPal account to pay the fees for your application. The application process can take as little as five minutes to complete.
After your application is approved, you will receive a Letter of Invitation to attend an Oath of Allegiance ceremony in Malta. This is the final step of the citizenship process and should be taken within six months of your application being approved.

3. Consular Report of Birth Abroad
A Monegasque citizen can apply for a United States visa from Malta as long as they meet the required requirements. These include a valid passport or travel document, and they must plan to leave the country within 90 days of arrival.
Citizenship of Monaco is based on the principle of jus sanguinis (Latin for “right of blood”). This means that children who are born in Monaco to a Monegasque father or mother, regardless of their place of birth, are automatically Monegasque.
In addition, Monegasque nationality law also permits a child of a non-Monegasque parent to acquire Monegasque citizenship once they are recognised/legitimised by marriage. These individuals can do so by providing evidence of a residence in the Principality for a period of at least ten years, and that their spouse is a Monegasque citizen.
Moreover, Monegasque nationality is also granted to non-Monegasque women who have been widowed by a Monegasque man. They can do so by submitting their husband’s death certificate and the same evidence that the couple are married to each other.
Finally, children who have renounced their citizenship in other countries can make a declaration of renouncing their other nationality after they reach the age of 18. These people can do so by providing a proof of their legal domicile or habitual residence in the Principality for the period before July 11, 1975, when their father acquired Monegasque nationality.
If a person who has renounced their citizenship is already under 18 years of age, they can get a Consular Report of Birth Abroad to prove that they were born in the United States. This is an alternative to a naturalization application, and it must be completed at the embassy or consulate where they were born.
To get a Consular Report of Birth Abroad, you must complete Form DS-2029. This form collects the necessary information that the State Department needs to determine whether a child meets the requirements to become a U.S. citizen at birth and is eligible for a CRBA.

4. Consular Report of Marriage
Monegasque citizens who wish to visit the United States of America for tourism, business or transit purposes must apply for an American visa. The requirements are similar to those for other foreign travelers. Applicants should complete an online application form in as little as five minutes. They should also provide information on their passport page, personal details and employment details.
Depending on their nationality, intending spouses must produce the following documents: a) for Italian or French: birth certificate containing all the entries marginal (Marriage and Divorce); b) other nationality: certificate of finality of the court document that governs marriage laws in the country of origin; Military Career: written permission from military authorities.
Other than these documents, intending spouses must produce a valid passport for the country of their intended spouse’s origin; and an act of civil status entered on the records of the Municipality of Monaco or a marriage license. Widows and widowers must also provide a death certificate of the previous spouse.
In some cases, spouses may acquire Maltese citizenship automatically as a result of their marriage to a resident of Malta and living together for a period of five years. This is a very popular option for foreigners who have previously resided in Malta and want to retain their Maltese citizenship after their move.
If the spouses meet the above criteria, they will be given a consular report of marriage from the Embassy of Malta. The report will confirm their marital status, and include their names and a list of all their children.
The report should be submitted with the passport application and two certified photographs. The reports will be reviewed by the Consul of Malta and may take between a few days and a few weeks to be processed.
In addition, the applicant will need to demonstrate proof of accommodation in the principality as well as financial self-sufficiency. Applicants may demonstrate this by depositing at least EUR 500,000 into a local bank account in their name or by forming a company in Monaco and demonstrating that they are employing at least ten people. They may also provide a letter from a close relative in the principality supporting their request for residency.
